How do I sign up?
The memberships tab will walk you through the process! You can choose from our plan options and follow the prompts.
In order to check in and sign up for classes, you will need to download the Push Press app.
What type of classes do you offer?
We offer coach led group classes covering everything from strength, mobility, and conditioning. There are multiple class times everyday. Check out the schedule in our calendar!
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
30 day notice is required. Just let one of the coaches know. We’ll be sad to see you go!
What are the membership options? And pricing?

Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! They will need to fill out a waiver, just like you did. There is a drop-in fee of $15. the more the merrier!
Do I already need to be in shape?
Nope. There are scaling and modification options for ALL ability levels making our classes inclusive. We offer a Foundations program that will help you learn the movements and see where you’re at then we go from where you are, helping you improve physically and mentally.
